21st July 2010 - Bandit passed the BH-test! Congratulations, Mosse & Elina!

27th June 2010 - Balrog passed the BH-test in Germany. Many thanks to Svea - way to go with Bally!

17th June 2010 - Udo got JK2! Only a week after getting their JK1 Udo and Sari got tracking title title JK2 with 175/200 points from the tracking trial and 73 from obedience - total 248 p. and 2nd prize! Congratulations again, Sari & Udo!

12th June 2010 - Show result from Aura: Blizzard excellent, 2nd best male, RES-CAC. The judge was Dagmar Klein from Romania.

10th June 2010 - Udo got JK1! Udo and Sari started their tracking career and got the title JK1 with 190/200 points from the tracking trial and 85 from obedience - total 275 p. and 1st prize! Congratulations, Sari & Udo - way to go!

8th June 2010 - Our unique C-litter is born, 4 males and 3 females! More information on the puppies page.



3rd June 2010 - Udo passed the character test of the Finnish Kennel Club with +113 points.

2nd June 2010 - Hile passed the BH-test.

29th May 2010 - 1-result for Eico in winner class tracking, 0-result for Udo in agility!

Eico competed in tracking and got his second 1-result in the winner class with 281 points out of 300. He still needs one 1-result more to become a Finnish Working Champion.

At the same time Udo and Sari competed in Agility and got their second 0-result in the 1st class. Congratulations, Udo & Sari!

5th May 2010 - Halla is pregnant! The ultrasound showed us several puppies. We expect them to be born on June the 6th. You can find more information of the following litter on the puppies page.

24th April 2010 - 0-result for Eico in agility! Eico started competing in agility and got 0-result from the very first course. With the time -10,47 he took the 4th place.

7th April 2010 - Puppies expected! Halla was inseminated today and everything went fine. We expect the puppies to be born on June the 6th. You can find more information of the following litter on the puppies page.


5th April 2010 - 0-result for Udo in agility! Udo & Sari competed in agility and got their first 0-result in the 1st class. Huge congratulations to Udo & Sari - way to go! You can watch the course over here.

21st March 2010 - Brego competed in the Finnish Championships of ski joring. The distance of 10 km was a little bit too long for our young boy, but with Samuli Lappalainen Brego performed it in 33.12 minutes and 6th place. Many thanks to Samuli for skiing with Brego and to Jenni for her acitivity. This year Brego has shown us very promising qualities for ski joring and we have a good reason to expect good results in the coming years after Brego has got more strength.

Also Halla was supposed to start at the Finnish Championships of ski joring, but we had to cancel the race because Halla started her heat. So our puppy plans took a step forward and Halla will be inseminated within the coming weeks. You can read more about our plans on the puppies page.

13th March 2010 - 0-result for Halla in agility! Halla competed two courses in agility and got finally the first 0-result in the 2nd class with -7,45 seconds time and 2nd place. The second course of the day went with 15 faults.

7th March 2010 - Hile started her working dog career by competing in ski joring: in the class women line B she got the very promising 5th place (out of 11) with the time 15.08 at the 5 km race.

The competition was also the breed championship for Belgian Sheperds, in which Hile got the 4th place. This was a very good start for the future!





13th February 2010 - Brego competed in ski joring: In Hämeenlinna in the class men line B with Samuli Lappalainen he got 4th place with the time 16,27 on 6 km race. Congratulations, Urmo and many thanks to Samuli for skiing and to Jenni for driving Urmo to train and to the competition! Great work with the young boy!

31st January 2010 - Halla competed in agility: 5 faults from the first course (bar) and disqulified from the second.

24th January 2010- Show results from Turku: Bandit youth class exc3, Blizzard youth class very good4 and Eico working class very good1, that makes Eico to meet the breeding requirements of the Finnish Belgian Sheperd Organization. Unfortunately Blade and Brego were excused because of their behavior against each other. Bilehile couldn't participate after having got a wound by hitting an ice drill accidentally the day before.
















17th January 2010 - Halla and Udo competed in agility: Halla was disqualified at the 2nd class agility course but did great work at the jumping course, only unfortunately the very last bar fell and so the result was 5 faults and 4th place. Udo got disqualified at the 1st class jumping course, and 10 faults at the agility course.

6th December 2009 - Halla competed in winner class search and got the title HK3 with following points: obedience 81 p., search trial 183 p., total 264 p. and 1st place.

22nd November 2009 Udo got TK2! Udo and Sari got their last 1st prize in obedience for the title TK2 with 176 points. Congratulations again, and way to go to the winner class, Sari & Udo!

21st November 2009 - Show result from Jyväskylä: Bregoyouth class sufficient and Bilehile youth class very good. The judge was Hans Lehtinen from Finland.

- Halla competed in agility: the first course with 10 faults and 4th place, second course with 5 faults and 3rd place.



31st October 2009 - Halla competed in open class search and got the title HK2 with following points: obedience 87 p., search trial 194 p., total 281 p. and 1st place.

24th October 2009 - Show result from Seinäjoki: Bilehile youth class very good. The judge was Ingrid Anderson from Sweden.

3rd October 2009 - Eico got the title JK3 with 1st prize! Eico competed for the first time in the highest class in tracking and got the title JK3 with 198/200 points from the tracking trial and 91 from obedience - total 289 p. and 1st place! Many greetings to Eva to Vienna - thanks for this incredible dog! Next year we'll go on working for the last two qualifying legs to become titled as Finnish Working Champion in tracking.

23rd May 2009 - Udo and Sari got 1st prize in obedience with 192 points, 1st place and honour price in the open class! Congratulations and thank you for your activity, Sari & Udo!

20th September 2009 - Halla competed in search and got the title HK1 with following points: obedience 90 p., search trial 194 p., total 284 p. and 1st place.

19th September 2009 - Show results from Tampere: Bilehile junior class excellent2 and Brego junior class excellent2, 2nd best male and RESCAC. The judge was Rodney McDowell. You can read the critics of Bilehile over here.

13th September 2009 - Halla won the Pohjois-Häme District Championships in tracking with 91 points in obedience and 173 in the tracking trial, total 264 p. Halla was also rewarded of the best obedience part of the day (all disciplines).

















29th August 2009 - Eico got the title HK2! Eico competed in search and got the title HK2 with 179/200 points from the search trial and 89 from obedience - total 268 p. and 2nd place!

15th August 2009 - Show result from Joensuu: Brego junior class very good1. The judge was Blaz Kavcic.

12th August 2009 - Brego passed the BH-test! Thank you so much Urmo and Jenni for reaching the first goal of a becoming rescue dog!

8th August 2009 - Finnish speciality show in Vantaa: Bandit junior class sufficient, Batman junior class good, Blade junior class good, Blizzard junior class sufficient ja Brego junior class sufficient. The judge was Willemine van Deijl who called our sweet "little" boys "showponys". Bilehile got junior class good (Bente Harlem). 2nd August 2009 - Halla started her heat - over two months earlier than expected, at the same time with her daughter Hile. Because we already had a lot of plans for the autumn before puppies, we decided to put off the C-litter for the spring 2010. 25th July 2009 - Show result from Mikkeli: Brego junior class very good2. The judge was Monika Blaha.

18th July 2009 - Show result from Lammi: Brego junior class excellent1, CAC and BOS! The judge was Maret Kärdi.

5th July 2009 - Eico got the title HK1! Eico competed for the first time in search and got the title HK1 with 191/200 points from the search trial and 85 from obedience - total 276 p. and 1st place!














3rd July 2009 - Halla got her final 0-result in agility for the 2nd class! Halla competed two courses in agility - the first one with 5 faults and the second one with a quick (-14,64) 0-result and 2nd place. The next time she'll start in the 2nd class.

6th June 2009 - Show results from Salo: Bandit junior class sufficient and Bilehile junior class good. The judge was Antti Nieminen from Finland.

2nd June 2009 - Halla got 3rd place at an agility competition (Maxi1) in Tampere with 5 faults and time -15,59. We'll go on competing for our last 0-result for the 2nd class...

28th May 2009 - Eico got a tracking result JK2 with 289/300 points (tracking trial full 200 p., obedience 89 p.). Thank you, Eva, for this lovely dog that always does his best!



23rd May 2009 - Udo and Sari got 1st prize in obedience in Tampere with 169 points in the open class! Congratulations and thank you again, Sari & Udo!

16th May 2009 - Halla became Finnish Working Champion! Halla got her final tracking result in the highest class for the title of Finnish Working Champion in tracking with 276/300 points (91 p. in obedience and 185 p. in the tracking trial).

9th May 2009 - Show results from Harjavalta: Halla working class excellent, Bilehile junior class excellent1 and Blizzard junior class very good. The judge was Miodrac Vretenicic from Montenegro. Halla's judgement can be found here and Hile's over here.

3rd May 2009
- Udo and Sari got 1st prize in obedience in Ikaalinen with 168,5 points in the beginner class! Congratulations and thank you again, Sari & Udo!

- 0-result for Halla in agility! Halla competed in agility after a year pause and got a wished 0-result with -11,77 seconds time and 2nd place.


25th April 2009 - Udo passed the BH-test in Ylöjärvi! Congratulations and thank you, Sari & Udo!

29th March 2009 - Eico passed the Finnish Kennel Club character test with +157 points. Detailed test information and a video can be seen over here.

14th March 2009 - Four puppies of the B-litter were presented at the international dog show in Tampere. Bilehile was chosen BOS-puppy with HP. Brego was 2nd at the male puppies and got HP, Bandit was at the 3rd place and Blizzard at the 4th. You can read the critics of Bilehile over here.



1st March 2009 - Halla competed in ski joring and got the 3rd place with the time of 13.22,54 (women line B, 5 km). With this result she won the Pohjois-Häme District Championships.

8th February 2009 - Bandit and Bilehile did some ring training at the puppy show in Helsinki. Bandit was the only male in the class and got an honour prize with BOS-placement.

23th January 2009 - We have sad news: the male chosen to be the father of Talvihallan C-litter, Uvar Eresha Kuymal, succumbed to lyphosarcoma at 19th January 2009. However, we'll follow our plan and Halla will be inseminated with Uvar's semen around the turn of the year 2010. More information on the puppies-page. We are so sorry for Peggy about losing Uvar!

11th January 2009 - The sire for the next Talvihallan litter has been chosen and the puppy plans -page is updated.

18th October 2008 - Eico participated the unofficial breed survey of the Finnish Belgian Sheperd Club. You can read the results over here.

2nd September 2008 - The B-litter visited the vet today. One male puppy has got a hook tail that propably is hereditary - we will x-ray it later to have a diagnosis. Otherwise all the puppies had everything all right and all males have got normal testicles.

14th August 2008 - Eico begun his obedience career also with 1st prize! He got 184 points, 1st place and an honour prize. You can find the results over here.

9th August 2008 - Eico got his first working result JK1 (tracking) in Ylöjärvi with 295 points out of 300! Photos of the exam.



18th July 2008 - Puppies are born! Halla has whelped 6 male puppies and 1 female puppy. Halla and the puppies are doing very well.

16th June 2008 - We will have puppies! The ultrasound scan showed us today that Halla is definitely pregnant. She is becoming bigger (as the photo proves) and we are waiting the puppies to be born around the middle of July.

9th June 2008 - Eico passed the behaviour test (BH) in Nokia.

18th May 2008 - Our trip to Austria was successfull and Halla has now been mated with Faro. We expect puppies to be born on the week 29. More information about the combination on the puppies page.

1st May 2008 - Halla started her season and we'll travel to meet Faro on the week 20. If everything goes as planned, the first Talvihallan puppies will be born around the middle of July. More information about the combination on the puppies page.

29th March 2008 - Halla was rewarded as the best tracking dog of the year 2007 of the Finnish Belgian Sheperd Club.

28th March 2008 - Halla was rewarded as the best working dog of the year 2007 in the Pohjois-Häme district.

1st March 2008 - Halla took part at the Finnish Championships in ski joring. In the class women line B we got the 6th place (out of 10) with the time 13,35 on 5 km race.

We want to congratulate all the medallists of the Finnish ski joring Championships!



24th Feb 2008 - Halla competed in ski joring and got the 3rd place (out of 9). The class was women line B, the distance 5 km and the time 13.39.

16th Feb 2008 - Halla got her first 0-result in agility! With her time she ended up at the 3rd place on the first track of the day. On the second track Halla took the leadership on her own way and the result was - disqualified.

9th Feb 2008 - Halla competed in agility. At the first track of the day she took 5 faults. Although, her time was enough for the 2nd place, because nobody got 0 faults from the track. On the second track Halla was disqualified because of doing the tyre incorrectly.

9th Dec 2007 - Halla started for the first time in agility. The result from the very first start was 5 faults. The second start was disqualified.
